Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Estimated Delivery Times
Since we work with international suppliers (mainly from Asia), delivery times may vary depending on your location:
- USA & Canada: 10–25 business days
- Cambodia: 10–30 business days
- Rest of the world: 15–45 business days

Tracking Your Order
All orders come with a tracking number. You can track your shipment via our website or through the tracking link provided in your confirmation email.
Multiple Shipments
If you ordered multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on availability and supplier location. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.
Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within 60 business days, please contact us. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue, including offering a replacement
